Dayle has served in a variety of executive and team lead roles including, business development, business analyst, project and program manager, principal consultant, product manager and solutions engineer while working within providers of Information Technology and telecommunications solutions such as Motorola, AFFINA, and Humanizing Technologies, management consulting solution providers such as Kurt Salmon Associates and Integrated Project Management, and academic organizations such as Roosevelt University and Capella University.

 

Dayle’s entrepreneurial spirit and catalyzing energy emanates from working in her families animal supply retail and wholesale mail-order business as a child and adult. Her hands-on experience with building a business from the ground-up aids her clients to see their unlimited potential to positively propel themselves and their organizations forward towards excellence.

 

In her spare time, she contributes as a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and as a board member for the Chicagoland Coach Federation.
